You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the service amount.
For cancellations made within the allowable window (more than 24 hours in advance), any prepaid fees will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”), no refund will be issued for that session.

In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate your needs and waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
